Outstanding Idaho Woman Veteran
The Idaho Women Veterans Conference is soliciting nominations for the 2018 Outstanding Idaho Woman Veteran.
Please provide the following information in your nomination package submitted with this form. This criterion will be used by the committee in determining the Outstanding Idaho Woman Veteran:
- Provide a brief military history of the nominee
- Explain the nominee's contribution to the community
- Describe the adversities the nominee has overcome, if any
- Describe any volunteer work on behalf of veterans or other organizations
- Describe the nominee's involvement reaching out to assist fellow veterans or other women in need
- Any other outstanding attributes related to the betterment of veteran issues
- Any awards, recognition, commendation, accomplishments, news articles or noteworthy information
- Any additional information pertinent to nomination
